What kind of design work can I request with Co-Pilot?

Anything from social graphics and brochures to event materials and internal documents — you set the brief, and we deliver, for client-facing or internal use.

How does the unit system work?

Co-Pilot includes 3.5 production units per month. One unit is roughly an hour of design or content work — a simple social graphic might use 1 unit, while a multi-page brochure could use several.

What's the difference between Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot+?

Co-Pilot+ gives you 6 units per month instead of 3.5, for firms with larger or more frequent design needs, or several projects on the go at once.

What happens if I don't use all my units in a month?

Co-Pilot is designed around your ongoing needs each month — if a specific project needs more than your monthly allowance, additional units are billed at £50 each.

How quickly can I expect designs back?

Turnaround depends on the size of the brief, but Co-Pilot is built for fast, flexible design support — brochures, graphics, and event materials can typically be turned around at short notice.

Is there a minimum contract?

Co-Pilot runs on a rolling contract with a 3-month minimum, and 31 days’ notice to cancel.
