How does the unit system work?

Each package includes a set number of production units per month — a unit is roughly an hour of our time. A quick task like a single social graphic or a small brand tweak might use just one unit, while something more involved like a detailed campaign or internal template could take three, and a larger project like a multi-page brochure can run to six or more. If you go over your monthly allowance, extra units are billed at £50 each — just let us know what you need and we’ll add it on.

What counts as one unit?

A unit is roughly an hour of our time. One unit covers a simple social graphic, brand update, or minor document tweak. Three units covers a detailed social media campaign or internal template. Six units covers a larger project like a multi-page brochure or client information guide.

What's the difference between Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot+?

Co-Pilot includes 3.5 units a month; Co-Pilot+ includes 6, for firms with larger or more frequent design needs.

Can I add extra platforms, posts, or a blog to my package?

Yes — Auto-Pilot and Navigator both offer optional add-ons: an extra social platform, extra social posts, or a monthly blog, each priced separately on top of your package.

What's the minimum contract length?

All packages run on a rolling contract with a minimum of 3 months, and 31 days’ notice to cancel.

Do you only work with accountants?
